We’re saying good bye to Uncle Harry today who passed away this week. Uncle Harry gave hundreds of teens their first job at the concession stand at the Buffalo Zoo, parks around Western New York and helped very successful lawyers, restaurant owners and others get their first start in business. He’d come out of his office and say, “Look alive,” Uncle Harry’s customer service 101J. We couldn’t wait to get working papers and our first job. This is a tribute to him today since I have him to thank for my first job!

When the pasta and shrimp were cooked, I added them to the casserole dish and added shredded asiago and parmesan cheese. Mix it together with more Greek Goddess Salad Dressing and Marinade to taste.
