The Santorini Sandwich

Cut a sweet onion lengthwise. Slice mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash.Place in a roasting pan mixed with Greek Goddess Salad Dressing and marinade.Roast at 375 for 20 minutes.On your favorite roll or pita bread, spread hummus. Place roasted vegetables on roll or pita.Top with provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato and olives!

A Taste of Mykonos

Chop a small jar of artichokes, 1-1/2 T sun dried tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, 5 capfuls of Greek Goddess Salad Dressing. Mix. Spread in a pie plate and warm until bubbly around the perimeter of the plate. Serve with crackers, pita chips or bread.

Tirokefteri

In a small food processor or blender, mix 3 oz feta cheese, 5 roasted red peppers from a jar, 3 capfuls of Greek Goddess Salad Dressing and Marinade, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Blend and serve with pita chips of pita bread wedges. Great for a party!

Banana Peppers Ares

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

3 banana peppers seeded
In a small bowl, soften 2/3 brick cream cheese (softened for 30 seconds in microwave)
Transfer to another bowl and add:
2 oz crumbled feta cheese
1/4 chopped green onion
1 T garlic powder
4 slices chopped ready made bacon
Mix together
Stuff each pepper with cheese mixture
Baste with Greek Goddess Salad Dressing and Marinade
Bake for 20 min
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over peppers


Classic Greek Salad

romaine lettuce, tomato, black olives, thinly sliced red onion, feta cheese  

Add Greek Goddess Salad Dressing. Enjoy!

Christos' roasted potatoes

Wash and slice potatoes lengthwise

Coat with Greek Goddess Salad Dressing & Marinade

Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Kalokairi roasted vegetables

Wash and cut broccoli, onions, mushrooms.

Coat with Greek Goddess Salad Dressing & Marinade

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Theo Taki's Souvlaki

Cut chunks of pork, beef or chicken. Marinate in Greek Goddess Salad Dressing for 1-2 days.

Place meat on skewers/Grill or Broil

Serve with Classic Greek Salad, rice and pita bread.

Shrimp Dinner

Marinate shrimp overnight in Greek Goddess Salad Dressing and Marinade. In a frying pan, cook cut green beans and grape tomatoes cut in half, with the dressing.  In a large sauce pan, boil penne pasta. When the vegetables are done, put them in a casserole dish and then cook the shrimp in the frying pan. When the pasta and shrimp are cooked, add them to the casserole dish and add shredded asiago and parmesan cheese.  Mix together with more Greek Goddess Salad Dressing and Marinade to taste.  


Linda's delight

Take a ready made pizza crust (Boboli or other).  Generously brush it with Greek Goddess Salad Dressing and Marinade.  Top it with grilled chicken, broccoli, black olives, sliced grape tomatoes and any of your favorite vegetables.  Sprinkle with mozzarella or any cheese and make a "white pizza."   Bake at 350 for approx 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.  

Aphrodite’s Layered Dip:

Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a quiche or pie plate

Spread 1-8oz container hummus over the cream cheese

Chop tomatoes, green onion, pitted black olives and crumbled feta, mixed with Greek Goddess Salad Dressing. Spread this mixture over previous layers.

Serve with pita crips or crackers. 

Goddess’ Green Beans

Wash and trim green beans.   In a frying pan, sauté chopped garlic and green beans in Greek Goddess Salad Dressing and Marinade.

Hercules’ Quiche

This is great for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack!

1-ready made pie crust placed in a quiche or pie plate

Spread 2 T Greek Goddess Salad Dressing and Marinade on bottom of pie crust

Chop broccoli, green onions, mushrooms; spread over dressing

Cover with 8 oz crumbled feta cheese

In a mixing bowl, beat, 3 eggs, 1 cup heavy cream, ½ cup milk, sprinkle with cayenne pepper.

Pour over veggies and cheese.

Bake until golden brown at 375 degrees F, approximately 45 minutes.
