Theo Taki's Souvlaki

Cut chunks of pork, beef or chicken.

Marinate in Greek Goddess Salad Dressing for 1-2 days. (or 2 hours if in a hurry) Place meat on skewers/Grill or Broil.

Serve with Classic Greek Salad, rice and pita bread.

Christos' Roasted Potatoes

Wash and slice potatoes lengthwise.  Coat with Greek Goddess Salad Dressing & Marinade.  Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Chop romaine lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, thinly sliced red onion, cucumber, and feta cheese. 
Add Greek Goddess Salad Dressing. Enjoy!

In a small food processor or blender, mix 3 oz feta cheese, 5 roasted red peppers, 3 capfuls of Greek Goddess Salad Dressing and Marinade, 1/4 teaspoon Greek Goddess Seasoning. Blend and serve with pita chips of pita bread wedges. Great for a party!

Scramble eggs. Add to frying pan: crumbled cooked meatballs made with Greek Goddess Greek Seasoning, and crumbled feta. Cook till feta is softened. Once plated, top with a mixture of Greek Goddess Tzatziki Blend and sour cream to taste. Enjoy every bite!

Greek Goddess Spanokopita

Elevate your spanakopita to new heights of deliciousness by adding the Greek Goddess Tzatziki Blend to the spinach and cheese mix!

Melt 1 lb of butter.

With a pastry brush, brush butter on sides and bottom of a 11"X14" pan.

Layer 8-10 sheets of phyllo dough, buttering each layer. 

In a large bowl, mix 2 bags of baby spinach, 1 lb crumbled feta, 16 oz of large curd cottage cheese, 1/4 cup diced sweet onion and six beaten eggs.Add to phyllo layers in pan. Sprinkle Greek Goddess Tzatziki Blend over this layer. Dribble melted butter over top. Layer 8-10 more layers of phyllo, buttering each layer. Cut in squares. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to an hour until golden brown.
